What toys are the best for boys?

If you are thinking of buying your son a new toy there are many different things you have to consider. The most important being, will he like it? On top of this I like to get toys for my son that I can play with him and also something that develops his imagination and mental skills. There are plenty of cheap boys toys to choose from. What will you go for?

If you live in North America then you may well have heard of the cartoon show Bakugan Battle Brawlers. This promotes the children’s game, Bakugan. I think these are cool toys because for a start, young boys seem to love them. On top of this, gameplay may seem confusing to begin with but because it is played by elementary school kids, how difficult can it be? The game while being a load of fun also involves some mental arithmetic. This is because to find out who the winner of a battle is, players have to add up various numbers, some from their Bakugan characters and others from the gate cards and ability cards used during the game.

This may all sound a bit confusing and to begin with it does seem pretty tricky to play. If your son is not already playing the Bakugan Battle Brawlers game then the best way to get started is to buy a Bakugan Battle Pack. This set represents great value. It contains six of the Bakugan balls, six gate cards and six ability cards as well. This is enough for two players to have a game so you could even learn the game with your son.

It is recommended for children from about six or seven years old. This does not mean younger kids cannot play with the toys. Just be aware that the Bakugan balls are a choking risk for smaller boys. Check it out, it’s an exciting game.
